Strolling home on Sunday from my local UPS Store after mailing some Christmas gifts, a merry band of revelers paraded down the sidewalk singing and waving flags, and that's how I found out Argentina won the World Cup! I miss relaxing and watching the games in the summertime because I was just too busy to fit in matches at this time of year. Mercado de los Carruajes
