Japan has been the talk of the week here at Nine Muses Travel, with clients recently returned and others planning a Tokyo and Kyoto honeymoon adventure. Since the border reopened to tourists, there's a huge interest in Japan! As your travel advisor, I'm sorry to break the news that if have your heart set on Japan, you'll want to wait until Summer 2023 or later because demand got so high the best guides are fully booked and tour operators are operating at their max. Another destination that is endlessly fascinating and soon becoming even more accessible is Cuba. I've been to Cuba four times and seen a lot! It's a complicated, compelling, educational travel experience you won't ever forget. Some favorite clients returned a few weeks ago from a culturally-rich, custom-designed trip to Cuba, and their professional family photos driving around Havana in vintage convertibles just melted my heart. Beginning April 10, 2023 Delta Airlines is resuming their Miami to Havana route, operating two daily non-stop flights. United Airlines is also flying direct into Havana, out of Newark.
