What Does My Virtuoso Travel Week Look Like?

"There’s just no quiet in Vegas." — Barry Manilow

Nine Muses Travel is hitting the road and heading to Las Vegas this weekend! Virtuoso's Travel Week is the world's largest luxury travel event, and after three years of attending virtually, I'm back to the live event in Vegas, where we take over The Bellagio, Vdara, and ARIA resorts. I'll be staying again at ARIA for a week full of meetings and networking events. What is Travel Week? CLICK HERE to find out!

I thought you might like to see what my actual Travel Week looks like. I received a lot of breakfast, lunch, cocktail reception, and dinner invitations from global suppliers throughout the Virtuoso consortium network, and I'm excited for the invites I've curated with fantastic partners who treat my clients really well. And I'll finally see a couple of shows this time too!

Then on Friday, August 18th I fly right to Cancun for three nights at the invitation of Palmaia - The House of AiA at Playa del Carmen along Mexico's Riveria Maya Caribbean coast. This resort is a zen, all-inclusive haven, and they invited a select few advisors to experience their property and to rest and recover from Virtuoso Travel Week. I think you can see why, looking at that schedule!

How do I get all my work done while I'm away, you wonder? Easy! It's all about communication, expectations, and having the right systems in place. My clients are always provided with the local numbers of the suppliers on their itineraries, as well as my personal cell phone; they know I prioritize them should they ever need me. I have lots of other tips and tricks behind the curtain for how I get everything done in a day too. I once listened to an e-book on time management and realized I use even more methods than they cover in the book. My work mantra is "Minutes Matter."

I'll be putting most of my minutes to great use during Virtuoso's Travel Week, forging and deepening relationships with important suppliers, gathering destination updates, and working on being the very best travel advisor and business owner I can be for you, your family and friends, and all your future adventures with Nine Muses Travel. Viva Las Vegas!
