This last Muse News of 2022 marks the end of four full years of writing weekly newsletters for you since sending the first on January 1, 2019. I could never have predicted how the last four years would unfold. This era has reaffirmed everything I knew or wanted to believe about myself: my resiliency, resourcefulness, and determination - both personally and professionally. Nine Muses Travel has grown so much, and so have I. Operating my own travel business is profoundly rewarding and deeply satisfying, but steering it through a global pandemic takes my pride to a whole other level.
With forecasted frigid temperatures and icy roads, I rebooked my family trip to Pittsburgh from Christmas to New Year's weekend, and these unexpected days of luxurious calm and quiet at home were a great gift. I had time to reflect, recalibrate, and recommit to what's most important in my life. I also got to watch the entire season of Wednesday! Time can be the greatest luxury....
