Happy Holidays to everyone - whatever you're celebrating! I hope you're taking solace in longer days and in the company of people you love and who love you back. Not much matters more than them. Can't you see how much I love talking about travel?! This photo is from last week's annual Brooklyn Chamber of Commerce winter gala, where I've been exhibiting at its trade expo for several years now. I love this event! I get to meet other Chamber members and especially enjoy the camaraderie of our small business community as we reflect on our past year's well-earned accomplishments together. By population, Brooklyn is the country's fourth largest city, and I'm tremendously proud to be a business owner in our vibrant borough. In this era of AI-generated slop, it's also really important for me to get out there and show people that I'm real, articulate, knowledgeable, friendly, and actually the same person they see on my website. I got to give away fun prizes and meet some new future clients too!
