Last spring I was invited to participate in Travel Entrepreneurship Week presented by the Global Institute for Travel Entrepreneurs (GIFTE), and to be honest, I was pretty intimidated by going live online for the first time ever, even though I knew the topic well. It was a one-on-one discussion about exhibiting at trade shows, something I love (and miss), so I did my prep work, conquered my fears, and just went for it. Not only did I clearly survive, I actually enjoyed it a lot and have been waiting for my next internet close-up. The opportunity came again last week when I joined a prestigious panel of travel advisors invited by the founder of The Muse Collection, a marketing representation company for a luxury portfolio of hotels and tour operators, to discuss hot topics in the travel community. There I am above on our Zoom meeting - obviously loving going live now!
I've also been invited as a guest on a travel industry podcast next month, and I started a Nine Muses Travel YouTube channel last week too! I already have a few videos uploaded for you to check out. Please "like" them if you like them and subscribe to the channel, where I plan to upload videos around once a week.
As you can see, I'm taking full advantage of these times to lean into promoting Nine Muses Travel and getting the word out. There's an enormous pent up demand for travel, and I'm ready and waiting for all the requests to come flooding back in.
